The AIMS International membership portal is operated by Wild Apricot (“Organization,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account, accessing the portal, or using any services available through the portal, you agree to follow these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the portal.

1. Membership Eligibility

Membership may be held by individuals or companies, depending on the membership tier selected or by qualification. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to create the account on behalf of yourself or your organization.

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

2. Membership Fees and Payment

All membership tiers require payment. By purchasing a membership, you agree to pay all applicable fees and renewal charges associated with your membership level.

Failure to pay membership fees may result in suspension or termination of your account and access to the portal.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Acceptable Use

Members are expected to use the portal in a respectful and professional manner. You agree that you will not:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other members

7. Intellectual Property

All content available through the portal—including text, graphics, logos, documents, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to AIMS International and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Use of these materials is limited to your membership access and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership access at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:

  • Violation of these Terms of Use
  • Non-payment of membership fees
  • Misuse of the portal or its resources
  • Behavior that disrupts the member community

If your account is terminated, access to the portal and its materials will end immediately.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIMS International will not be responsible for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the membership portal or its content.

Continued use of the portal after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
