Jensen II is the managing partner of Garrett & Jensen, Attorneys at Law, and has spent his entire career with the firm.  His litigation work is primarily on behalf of insurance companies and the amusement park industry.  He has also served as an arbitrator and judge pro-tem for the Orange County and Riverside Superior Courts.  He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the past President of the International Amusement & Leisure Defense Association.  He serves on several national committees and has conducted national as well as international seminars in litigation and related subjects.  In 1976, Mr. Jensen received a B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of Utah where he was a member of the Beehive Honor Society and President of the Political Science Honor Society.  Mr. Jensen graduated from Pepperdine University Law School in 1979, where he was the student editor of the Clinical Law Reporter and served on the Moot Court Honor Board.  Mr. Jensen is licensed to practice law in California, Utah, and Wyoming and applicable federal courts body { background: #FFF; }
